You simply enter your loan data on our site; and your data is then "published" or offered for sale in an easy-to-view format for other Members to consider.

When another Member chooses your loan, the entire process of entering into a loan sale agreement, loan closing, loan transfer and loan servicing, if applicable, is automated and managed by Loan Market Direct. The documents for the loan sale and loan servicing are entered into electronically. If applicable, a Sell Option Contract is also executed electronically.
